By accessing or using our platform at wappai.wonderworlddm.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Service Description WappAI Wonder World DM provides a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform built on the Official WhatsApp Cloud API, enabling users to send campaigns, manage contacts, and automate customer communication via chatbots. 2. Account Registration Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. 3. WhatsApp Cloud API Charges WhatsApp Cloud API conversation/messaging charges are billed separately by Meta and are the sole responsibility of the user. WappAI Wonder World DM is not liable for charges incurred through Meta's pricing structure. 4. Subscription & Payments Subscription plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected. Payments are non-transferable between accounts. Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. 5. Refund Policy Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced, except where required by law. Free trial periods, if offered, are not eligible for refund claims. 6. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service for spam, unsolicited messaging, fraudulent activity, or any communication violating WhatsApp's Business Policy or applicable Indian laws. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. 7. Compliance with Meta Policies Users must comply with all WhatsApp Business Policies and Meta Platform Terms. WappAI Wonder World DM reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation, including those resulting in WhatsApp number bans by Meta. 8. Service Availability We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or third-party (Meta) outages may affect availability. 9. Intellectual Property All platform content, branding, and software remain the property of Wonder World DM. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the platform without written consent. 10. Limitation of Liability WappAI Wonder World DM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. 11. Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform, without prior notice. 12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 13.
